On the phone with a 16 year old son of one of my clients walking him through upgrading ram on on a cisco 3662. I'm soo out of work by the time generation why starts graduating. This is second nature to these kids. Hes sitting here talking about how its just like working on his pc
Yeh, it's cool. But I still see an unwillingness on the young ones part to consistantly dig deep enough on really hard stuff.

maun gotta love technology. most of the trouble tickets I get can be handled via ts, telnet or a simple phonecall with a tech/user
i hear that....i put 5,000 minutes per month on my celphone.....it's a freakin lifesaver...makes me so much more productive
