MMR with help from Manley Products have released our new line of Forged Shortblocks and MMR Longblocks using the new Manley Piston and Rods, Clevite Bearings and Total Seal Rings. These new engines are assembled using Brand new Ford 2011 Blocks and do not require a core charge.

The 1000 series engines are available now with the 900 series and 1500HP series engines following soon.

If the pistons are rated for 900HP and the rods are rated for 900HP, how is a shortblock using both rated for 1000HP?

The ad above is for both the 900 HP series and the 1000HP series, the Pistons in all of the MMR engines are good for over 1500RWHP. The rods in the 900 will support 900HP, the rods in the 1000 will support 1000HP, hope this clears that up for you, please let us know how we can help!

Also, If you have seen a misprint elsewhere please let us know so that we can correct it

Hi Joe, unfortunately the 5.0 TiVCT stuff does not interchange with the earlier SOHC and DOHC engines.

head flow man. what are the numbers. they seem to be top secret with everyone. i heard 30cfm is a stage one for some.
