I installed the maximum morotsports rear urethane isolators with my h&r springs. I put the flat one on top, and the one that has the cutout for the end of the spring on the bottom. Is this right, or do they go the other way around?

That is correct. I called H&R about spring positioning. They said it was not critical for the back springs. They seemed to fit best with the lettering on the drivers side facing in toward the passenger side, and the lettering on passenger side facing out at the installer. It seems to be sitting pretty level so far.
