i went out and loged some today. right around 1900 it seems to hit the most either way look like i need 4 new coils?

Did you take those coils and switch positions and re log it? Just to help justify or eliminate the coil assumption.
No. I did have my buddy at ford hook it up to their computer and it showed 3 were outa range maybe a mo ago. Just wanted to see how good the sct picked it up. I dont know why it would not throw a cel with the one being that bad.
