i have been driving my 96 gt auto
bash on/off every so often since it has 195k on it and i have another car.
It tends to idle hard(feels like it has big cam) for 10-20sec and then idles just fine. It does smoke a bit after it clears up but i think its just some water in the pipes and from not being started as much.
Also sometimes when i drive it, it will drive normal then all of a sudden feels like it falls flat on its face and starts sputtering and nor getting any power(alot after i gas it). Sounds like its running on 6 cyclinders and if i give it any gas it feels like its just gonna stall. Ive checked my plugs which are new and noticed right bank,back 2 loosened up alittle but when i checked it this last time they were all fine. Could this be bad coil packs? Wires have maybe 15k on them.
Ive been planning on getting a new motor at some point but money just been tight after my surgery so its hard to keep anything saved haha. Any suggestions? Thanks guys
