2013 with upper Pulley, Lund tune, BPS elbow, FR TB, AR LT, JBL intake.

Noticed it breaking up at higher rpms 5-6k. Thought a fouled plug so changed them all ngk tk6. Now it's worse from 3500 and up. No cel or codes. Not sure what next? bad coil? all plugs looked good when I swapped them out Car only had 15km. Just need advice on what to look at next. Did notice the knock was at 2 bad gas?

Yes plugs at .028 haven't scanned for codes.

Sounds like spark blow out if it's happening in the higher RPM's. When did this problem begin the surface? Are you certain you're gapping the plugs correctly?

The gas is fresh. But I did change gas stations. I was getting husky 94 but they changed to 91 so I started at Petrocan 94 and then I noticed the miss. The knock sensor on my nguage was reading at 2 so that would mean detonation. So it might be bad gas?

All plugs were gapped at. 028. If it is spark blowout why is the knock sensors seeing 2?

If all this started when you changed where you're filling up with gas, it may be a safe assumption that you're getting bad gas. And unless you're getting false knock, it sounds like you're getting detonation.

What does the a/f ratio say on the nguage? Maybe starved of fuel at mid rpm?

And the knock is most likely bad gas.

Maybe a vacuum leak allowing unmetered air or maf issues?

I'd run that tank without much fanfare and see what happens on the next fill. A fuel additive for water in the fuel might not hurt either.
