Misc. 2011 GT500 parts (intake, belt, shifter, throttle body)

I bought a 2011 M122 from a local guy and then installed it on my lightning. For some reason he gave me a bunch of extra parts. I was told all parts have 11 miles on them before they were removed when the car was converted to a Super Snake. Here is What I have.
