Mirror fell off

Okay, so I have the tranny problem and now I was washing the car this weekend and the mirror fell off the motorized plate. Looks like one of the previuos owners tried to glue it on at one point. I posted this problem on corral.net as well. I am wondering it a new "plate and mirror' can be purchsed instead of gluing a new one back on. Obviously that didn't work the first time so I would rather fix the problem completely rather than have to keep gluiing a new mirror on. Plus it looks tacky! Thanks_Ryan
