I'm not in either of those, but I am a half hour away from the minnesota/Iowa border.

Depends on the works. I do alot myself, and I have a friend at a local ford dealer and another one that was a lead mechanic at one. No speed shops in the area.

Well if you looking for a shop,let me know. I work at APS Autoworks. We do alot of big build's but still love the small stuff too. O we also do paint and body work too, thats what the buisness was orignally started doing. The owner does it and is one of the best I have ever seen.
