I just happened across an ad for GM offering a military discount for their cars.

I priced out a fully loaded Chevrolet Corvette (not a Z06), 3LT model, which seems to be the best regular Corvette package. I added every option imaginable and it came out to 51,109.69. Is this a decent deal?

Also, I decided to price out the lowest I could get a Corvette for and it came to 41,010.81 for the 1LT model with no extra options.

Not sure if the military discount can beat out what dealers are selling them for now since I hear they're going pretty cheap.

When GM sold vehicles through the Military Overseas Sales program, their vehicles were usually priced 1/2 way between invoice and MSRP.

from what ive heard vette sales are low and some dealers are having a hard time selling them. I would try and play that card and get one for around invoice.
