I've been looking around and I'm not sure what shifter I should go with (SR, Steeda, etc) other than shorter throw what does this have over stock?
Also would this come with the hardware?

More precise shifting also aftermarket shifters save your syncros from excessive wear. With the MGW you can position handle to your liking others you can't. Everything is there to install

That's what I've gathered. I think it's just about too late for my second gear synchro. The positioning ability is a plus
