Meth shot & Nos shot

Just bought a car with an 03 cobra drivetrain, am new to cars by the way and i have used the search function relentlessly. The car has meth (shot?), which i thought was Nos, is methanol injection delivered in shots? For example 200shot of methanol injection?
The other question is, the car has longtubers, eaton ported with with 2.93 pulley and 6pounder pulley, full exhaust, E85 returning fuel system, and just received my Nos kit. Can i run the Meth, Nos and in a month kill chiller all together at once.

Methanol injection is not delivered in shots. On these cars it is used mostly for an octane boost and a small amount of charge air cooling. Booth of which allow you to run more ignition timing for more power. If you are running E85, I cant see a need for the meth injection.

Like said above there's no need for Meth with the E85 and for that matter I'm still not a believer for it with regular gas either.

Nitrous typically doesn't help cool the IAT2's or Downstream temps......
