I have a Metco Lower pulley kit for 2003/2004 cobra.
I replaced the shitty hardware they give you with nice grade 8 bolts, it comes with a 2lb lower ring, but you can find different size rings from just about anywhere.
This is the complete kit with everything you need, including metco's interesting Xeroxed instructions and the box.
I had the kit on my car for about a 1000 miles, worked awesome but I ended up switching blowers and I had to find a way to drop my boost down a bit.
