I have a used Metco Kit with a 2# lower pulley, it is the complete kit with everything needed to install it. I can't remember how many miles are on it, I bought it used and never put it on my car, and I sold my car 3 years ago so :nonono:

It's not as bad as it looks in the pictures, the anodizing has faded a little bit from sitting out but thats it.
