I curently have a 4lb lower if i unbolt the ring would this 6lb bolt right on

It would. It's best to have this alternator pulley also for the 6lb as it keeps the speed of the alternator at the correct rpm, but thats your call.

Does it have the spacer and hardware also?

the spacer for the alt pulley is includeds(see 1st pic), there is no other hardware included.
