So I recenty am doing a bunch of modifications to my 2014GT500. AMR 1 /7'8" long tube headers, off road X pipe, dougs headers exhaust cut outs into borla S exhaust, Cobra jet throttle body, Steeda cold air intake, 2.4 " Metco pulley and 90mm idler, 180 Degree thermostat, along with 3 custom tunes on a Dyno.
Problem is the 2.4" pulley almost seems as if it needs to be machined a tad more. Near the end there seams to be a lip on the inside as it made contact with the housing and started to make a slight sound so we shut the car off. The pulley was flush with the nose for install. Anyone else have any issues close to this?:bash:
