metallic whistle with clutch out.

My car just started make a faint metallic whistle when not in gear with the clutch out. If I put clutch in the noise goes away.

Anyone know what its from?

Yep, sounds like the throw out bearing. Part is less than $80 i think, but you have to take the trans out.
