I have a chance to buy a 8.8 out of a 95 mercury. I couldn't find any info of putting it in a mustang. I'm not worried about the length, I'm sure it will need to be shorten, but more worried about the mounting points for the arms. From pics that I have seen the upper mounts look to be the same as a fox body style but didn't know it the lowers were close to mustang location.
