Ok, what's worse? The fact that a 65 year-old santa gets groped, or the fact that the gropee was a lady in crutches?

From what it sounded like to me, I thought "Santa's" wife was the one taking the pictures. Maybe I understood it wrong, but that certainly could be a good reason for the pressing of charges if the wife was involved.

People are just wierd. If its true, the lady should have a mental evaluation for groping him. However, I think its a bit strange for a lone woman (without a child with her) to want her picture taken sitting in Santa's lap. She even paid for the photo. Strange. I'd have to likely side with Santa on this one, because why would Santa single this woman out. If it was a digital camera, hopefully they retained a copy for evidence.
