It's that time...

The smell of freshly cut grass. The cold beer and luke warm hotdogs.

Why all the love for the Halos? Who is in their pitching lineup?

Time amd time again pitching > bats

Weaver, Wilson, Hanson is decent, Blanton won't be terrible...

Having Trout, Pujols, and Hamilton in the same lineup goes a long way IMO.

I honestly think the healthy line up of the Rangers the past 2 years is better than what the Halos have now. Hamilton is going to beast.

Ps. Wilson sucked last year and will continue to do so.

Rangers have a solid lineup but it doesn't come near to what the Angles bring to the table. They have the best leadoff man in baseball and have 3 big bats batting 3,4,5. The team that is a dark horse is the A's IMO. Watch out for them.

I agree about the A's. I am still not buying the Halo's. Like I said, behind Weaver...there is no one. Texas is still the team to beat in the West.

But who do the Rangers have behind Darvish? I think you're under rating Wilson a bit. I see a strong bounce back year coming from him.

Harrison has always been pretty good for us. I believe he was 18-11 with a 3.29 ERA

YU 16-9 w/ 3.90 ERA
Holland 12-7 w/ 4.67 ERA

They also still have Lewis, and are still developing Feliz, Orgando, Ross.

Future is bright in Texas.

I agree the furture is bright for Texas but the present is even brighter for the Angles.

Edit:

I'm happy to see Profar and Olt make the team.
