Machine shops in Phoenix

Anyone had experience with a good machine shop, I just need to clean my block before I rebuild my engine.

I like Competition Engineering between Broadway and I-10 east of 32nd street. They specialize in old VW's but their shop is fully equipped and the dude knows what he's doing.

As an aside, I don't know what it is about VW shops but when I lived in KC, the hands-down best builder in town who built my longblock for me was also a VW specialist.

I always have a good feeling when shop has a well designed website rather than find them on yelp or yellowpage haha. I'll give them a visit this week.
