Mach block question

I purchased a 2004 Mach 1 engine from a guy who said it had 45xxx miles and a 01 cobra upper intake. How do I know for sure that this is a 04 Mach wap block and not a 99/01 cobra block? Any difference in lower intake from the 2 years as well? Thanks guys

If you look in the valley beneath the intake, you'll see either a pattern of ribs that are diamond shaped or square shaped. Square shaped pattern is going to be a Teksid block which I believe was used at least through part of 1999. Diamond shaped pattern is going to be a WAP block as far as I know. But at least some if not all 2001 Cobras also used a WAP block (I think, they may have switched over part way through the year or something).
