Mach 4v into a 2000 gt

Hey guys. I've read in other forums that this is THE place for mustangs so I figured I'd sign in.
Anyways I'm pulling the 2v in my gt and have an 03 Mach 4v going in. I have the t-3650 with the 4v.
Ive also got the Mach computer and wiring harness since it was cheaper than buying the plugs for the fuel injectors and I like the idea of having knock sensors with an engine with 10-1 compression.
I've got a Mac prochamber and long tubes for this thing too.
So can anyone give me some tips on install. I don't have a lift but I can get the car up high enough to install from underneath.
Any kind of heads up or watch out for would be great.

I was about 2 do tha same thing except 04 mach in a 02 gt. But the motor has been in tha car and under a tarp for about 4 yrs and has froze up and busted it.
