mach 460 sound system questions

alright guys, i need some help. I've got a 94 cobra, with full 03 cobra interior. when i got the car the radio and cd player were in the trunk, along with what i guess is a pre-amp, or a spliter for the seperate radio/cd player system.

so i hooked everything up tonight and i couldnt figure out were 2 plugs went from the "pre-amp" they have a really long lead to them. so i tried it anyway, and the system had no mids, or bass.

any help on whats up with it would help, or any idea of were the leads go.

Pics? kinda hard to determine two plugs... front of car or back? small plugs? big plugs? colors of the plugs? where are they comming from?

Some details would be a good start..
