Basically I have a base model v6 mustang with the non mach audio sound system. I just bought a new mustang with the mach 460 audio system and want to put that head unit into my v6 so i can take my touch screen deck out of the v6 and put it into my new mustang. Are these plugs the same? Im assuming not, so is there a way i can wire it into my v6 without totally chopping all the wires and wiring it up? I could always cut the mach 460 wiring harness out and hard wire it into my v6 but then installing the new touch screen deck would be a pain without that plug in there. Any help would be appreciated. Do they make a wiring harness that will take the base model stereo and convert it into the same plug that the mach 460 head unit uses?
