mach 1 xcal II not working, new

I got a new xcal II for my 03 mach 1, i plug it in, it powers up, go to program vehicle, select my tune, and it says turn key on, so i do, and nothing happens, it eventually times out and aborts. I checked all my fuses, they are all good. I can check the DTC's and by turning the key on, it works so i know its not a problem there. Any ideas on this??

With you being in Farmington checkout Stlmustangs.com and get ahold of Bobcat he is the owner and a local tuner that has got alot of satisfied customers. If there is a problem with your tuner he might be able to help you out with it.
