I recently removed this stuff from my friend's '03 Mach 1 w/ ~30k miles, and he gave it to me for doing the install on his new stuff.
This includes:
(2) OEM Tokico Struts
(2) OEM Tokico Shocks
(4) OEM Mach 1 Springs
The Shocks/Struts are Tokico's made to Ford's specifications for the Mach 1. The Springs have a spring rate of 600 lb/in, which is a significant improvement over the 450 lb/in rate of the stock V6 and GT springs for 99-04 (Verts were only 400 lb/in). This is a main component as far as improving handling. By comparison, the Eibach Pro-Kit springs are only between 425-530 lb/in.

Cheapest I've seen for the kit is stangsuspension.com @ $517 + shipping, so $350 SHIPPED seems pretty reasonable considering this stuff won't be cheap to ship.
