Mach 1 shoot out !!!!

Rick, do you know if we also have to be a member of NMRA to be in the shootout. The way it reads you have to go with the MOD Class and that would mean membership also.
Or maybe this is included in the entry fee already?

Yes you had to be a member. I found out the hard way and it cost me $145 to make 3 passes. I hope this doesn't happen the next time.

Yea I found out after I got there and decided to just watch. I am sorry for the Amazon Racing crew as they put alot of effort and money into this event and expected a better turnout.
We still had a great time and will be there next year.

That's exactly why I didn't race, $145 was rediculous and I kindly let them know.

The NMRA should waive the member fee for shootout (Cobra/Mach 1) participants if they don't want to race Modular Motor also. Perhaps Rick and Lynn could take this up with the NMRA and have a better turnout next time.
