Mach 1 Procharger

I just bought a P1SC Procharger kit for my Mach 1 and am debating switching to E85 when I get tuned. What size injectors and pump would I have to run for this. I plan on pushing prob 12 lbs of boost. Anyone have any feedback on this?

are you going to run 12psi on a stock bottom end? the general agreement is that mach 1 bottom ends dont like anything over 10psi/450whp.

in terms of fuel, id say a 60lb injector and maybe a cobra pump with a BAP. i maxed out a 39lb injector and cobra pumps were at 90% (no bap) at 449 and 10psi, and e85 uses 20% more fuel..

I'm gonna do whatever it takes to hit 500 rwhp. I'm pretty sure the only way I'm gonna hit it is with 12 lbs. I'm gonna get Jeff from CRT Performance in Ohio to tune it. He tuned my friends Kenne Bell'd S-197, he has been running 550 rwhp on a stock bottom end for almost two years now.

Jeff tuned my car as well. I'd call and talk to him before you get to deep and see what he recomends. He generally knows the answer to just about any question you can throw at him.

I would run twin GT pumps with the BAP. E85 taxes the heck out of the fuel system. My GT has twin ford GT pumps (no bap) and is now pegged @ just 9PSI on E85. And I mean it is PEGGED...starts dropping fuel pressure rapidly @ around 5700.
By 5800-5900 is @ 20PSI and my 80# injectors go 100% with the A/F climbing into the 13s.

Before, I ran it to 14.5PSI and 640RWHP on pump 93 on the same setup with room to spare...it had made 509 @ 9PSI on pump 93 as well previously. Just to give you an idea on how hard E85 pushes the fuel system.
