Mach 1 bassani x pipe fit 04 cobra?

My dad is going to sell his 03 mach 1 and i want to swap the bassani catted x pipe onto my 04 cobra which currently has stock h pipe and borla stingers. Will the bassani catted x pipe fit my 04 cobra? Also, i know i need 02 extensions but do i also need mil eliminators?? Appreciate the help.

Believe all 96-04 v8 mid pipes fit and I didn't need the mil just had then turned off in the tune
