Mach 1 4v into a 2000gt

Hey guys. I'm putting an 03 Mach 4v into my 2000 gt. Im using the 4v engine harness. Its complete and still on the motor. I'm using the 2v body harness. Now from what I can see every plug from the engine to body is the same except at the rear of the engine the 2v uses 2 plugs whereas the 4v uses 1plug with more wires into it.
I need to know if that single plug off the Mach does the same as the 2 plugs from the gt,and can I cut off the 2 plugs from the 2v and cut the single big plug from the Mach and just use the color coding of the wires to match up then plug in.
If there is someone who has done this before please help. What else will I need to extend. The 02 sensors are too short for my headers so I am extending them.
What about the cops and injectors.

Not sure about the wiring, but I would look into a wiring diagram to see what wires control which parts, and what can be wired in. You will need 4v exhaust as your 2v won't work. You will also need the 24lb injectors and COPs. MAF should be okay.
