mac lt headers and h&r springs.good or bad idea?

i have mac headers and i want to lower my car with h&r but will it rip off my shit, or will should i get race springs vs. the ss springs help please. does anyone have this set up?do u like it and do u have any problems w/ it? thanks guys

i have mac LT's with H & R rac springs...havent had any problems with scraping so far..i have hit dips in the road that have made the car squat to the extent of making the tires rub the fenderwells..and still no scraping from the LT's...KNOCK ON WOOD
