The MACs will fit your vert with no problem.
They will clear the K and vert brace.

Unfortunatley I dont have any pics and I currently have a tubular K.
I ran the MACs with stock K and brace for several years with no problem.

They fit with the stock K and vert brace with no clearance problems.
There was has never been an issue with steering shaft clearance.
The install is a PIA. Plan on a full day, some skinned knuckles and a fair amount or swearing.
You could do it with the K in but there is no way I would.
The K can be out in less than 20 minutes.
That will give you a lot of work room to get to the header bolts.
Since you will have the stock K down, it would be a good time to install a tubular K.

I don't want to install a tubular k cause them I need to go with coil overs and new control arms etc and not sure I want all that for my daily driver

I would plan on dropping the k and doing all my suspension work too since I have new everything to go in. Did you use the locking nuts?

I used the stock hardware and have never had a problem.
