MA Ticket Question

I got a ticket a little bit ago for window tint and speeding (72 in a 65).

Any MA officers/troopers know whether this will go against insurance? I have taken the tint off and requested a hearing, so I hope to get at least the tint dismissed, and if the magistrate is in a good mood hopefully the speeding will go away too.

Either way, my question is, does 72 in a 65 count against insurance in MA?

Edit: This is my second ticket. My first ticket was for no front plate with a warning for my window tint (20%, 35% is legal).

It is a moving violation and will likely impact your insurance if they find out. That being said some insurance companies don't raise your rates when the infraction is small, as this one is.
