thanks but this post is for a friend. i have a cobra and he is thinking of putting a s/c on his 05 gt.

I would just get one that's specific to the S197's.

Tell him to take it easy on the boost. I was just visting my friendly machine shop and he showed me a roasted '09 3V. That one ran only 12# of boost.

The single reason I bought my Cobra was for the drive train. I really, really wanted an 05-09 GT because of the body style, but it would have been way too much money to get the same safe, reliable HP.
