The identity of The Child has yet to be confirmed, but there is potential he is Yoda's offspring based on the timing.

It takes place during the Saga but yes it's a standalone since no other characters are involved. At least not yet. It could very well be Yoda's child. We'll see.

Ok cool, I enjoyed it. Plan on starting the 4 books next to get deeper into canon & not just the main saga.
