Just wondering what I will need to lower my car, besides springs, but what kind, and do I need new shocks/struts? I dont want to floor it but I want just a nice little drop, maybe an inch or so.

If you only want an inch or so, then get some Ford Racing B or C springs. You won't need CC plates with only an inch drop. Just get a good alignment afterwards. Then just get some Bullit shocks and struts just to be safe, but I doubt you really need new ones with only an inch drop.
