What are the best riding lowering springs that will provide a substantial drop on a 95 cobra? The car has sport lines and their is still a little to much gap.

You're not really going to find a lower spring that doesn't compromise the ride quality of the vehicle than the Sportlines (without going to a coilover setup). My advice would be to remove the spring isolators and see how you like it before doing anything else.

Ford Racing B Springs. I've had them on a couple of convertibles and hardtops with good results. They are a progressive rate spring meaning the springs get 'tighter' as they compress. This provides a good ride over small bumps but they quickly stiffen up on corners.

Remove ISO's.
Use Steeda X2 balljoints up front.
Most important.. Run a good dampner!! Makes all the difference in the world. Either Bilstein Sports or Koni Yellows with those Springs.
