lowering question

whats up guys? i really want to lower my 95 gt more but im broke as a joke! i was thinking about taking out my iso. could anyone tell me how to take them out? would this cause any rubbing problems with 275's in the rear? thanks guys!

the isolator is just a rubber piece.....it probably wont drop your car that much......you could probably just take the wheel off and cut it but i wouldnt recommend it.....

the isolaters wont lower the car much at all, MAYBE 1/2 inch total both top and bottom. you can cut a coil or two but you will HATE the ride. find some decent used springs for around $100

just removed my isos over the weekend (98 cobra with sportlines) and it dropped the rear 7/16" and the front 9/16".

Cutting them out is not an option. You'll need to remove the springs.

the car is already lowered with eibach springs(dont know which ones exactly) just wanna lower it more. heres a pic...

Just posted a thread taking mine out..... the top ISO's will drop you the most. With the Eibach kit take them all out top and bottom. You will not rub unless you run 18's
