i have a 2014 shelby gt500 with a ported blower and full supporting mods.. about to ugrade my ford racing throttle body to the kenne bell and billet pro shops Inlet. Was wondering what people think about running a lower pulley? I have the 2.93 upper right now. Is it really worth it?

Depends on your point of view. Lower provides a nice bump in torque, but installation requires minor modification of the block. Your existing mods should have you over 700 RWHP. Adding the lower pulley will push you closer to the limit before internal mods are required. All of that made it a non-starter for me, but YMMV.

Not worth it unless you're going to run E85, and like Norton said you will be pushing the stock rods to there limit.
