Lower pulley

Am I missing something here? Washers? Looks like the crank pulley is going to rub with the bracket.

What exactly have you touched/changed? It does look super close in pics.

Is the crank pulley seated all the way?
It wasn't seated completely, it would only get closer the more I tightened it.

I did an engine rebuild with a teskid and freshened up heads, arp everything etc.

Im beginning to think that I bent it when I was taking it off.

I was referring to the inner crank pulley. Not the blower pulley. That's all I can think of for taking up the space. If that is the pulley you were talking about moving then bolt holding the pulley to the crank isn't torqued correctly.
