lower pulley question

So I am new to cobras and still learning.I have -03 with a 2.8 upper and the other mods like catback,airfilter,maf,sct tune.
The car is running bout 13 psi right now.Will I benefit from a different lower pulley?If so,what size and what will I gain.
I will uppgrade to a bigger intercooler soon if that is a issue..
Porting is not a option right now since I live in Sweden but a whipple could be the next step later.

No reason without a port. I think a few people on here run them without and they seem happy but most people will say wait until it's ported.... or whippled! As far as size most will say a 4lb but some will say run a 6. It's all up to how much air you can get in and out of your engine..
