I keep hearing something about grinding when you do the install? I am guessing it has something to do with the timing cover. Any care to explain? It's a iw 10% od lower pulley.
Dont ask me how I know, but if you dont grind enough of the tab, the pulley will not sit right and the belt will rub causing crazy noises. Does not hurt to grind about a 1/16 of an inch of the timing tab flush with the cover as well.
