Lower bumper decal???

I was on ebay looking for some smoked tail lights when i found this pix. It looks photoshop but I was wondering if they sell a lower bumper decal or is that painted. If so where?? I like how it looks and I'm going to do it to my car.

It's just a vinyl decal (poorly cut in the example above). A quick google search should yield some results. Here's one place I found.

Holy sh:t. Someone put those mustang letters on crooked. People think, "Well if it went into the cutout, it must be straight." Not straight, Junior. Here is my suggestion, start off by making sure your letters are not crooked like this yokel, black out the lower bumper mid section, and then black out the exhaust cutouts sections as well. See what I mean?

Thanks homer302!!! This place is cheaper than bob whites. I dont know about blacking out the exhaust cutouts. What do you guys think??? Can someone photoshop that pix with the exhaust cutouts blacked out to see what it would look like.
