Is there a specific procedure in torquing the lower blower pulley down?

What's a "lower blower pulley"?

There are two pulleys that drive the supercharger.

The upper one mounted to the supercharger, and a lower pulley mounted to the crank.

With the interchangeable lower kits, you torque the hub to harmonic balancer bolts (3)to 35 ft lbs and the ring to hub bolts to 20 ft lbs. And I would tighten the 6 ring bolts in the same sequence you would do a wheel.

I'll be re-installing the stock pulley.

Oh, don't know what the main hex bolt is torqued to on the stock setup, but it's a ton! I know it took some heaving to get it off. I'd say 150 ft lbs minimum.
