Trying to isolate where this noise is coming from. Just installed a blower with no other changes. Fan spins freely by hand. Is there a way to jump the fan relay like I can with the intercooler pump? Any other ideas? Belt tensioner is in the middle so it's not that.

You can power the fan directly. Pull the plug from the car harness and jump from the battery to the fan, just look at the color of the wires to figure ground an the other 2 are hot. One of the hot will turn the fan high speed and the other is the power lead coming from the low speed resistor(which you can also jump directly, located under the inter cooler tank, 2 wire plug.

I believe the fan relay can be jumped as well but i like to test both high and low speed functions so i do it as described above.
