I have some pre-outage work going at our fabrication facility in Oxnard, CA. Looking for structural stick/mig welders.
No per diem/travel pay, and the wage is pretty low at $16-$20 an hour.
I would like local help. If you are, or you know a recent trade school/CC welding program graduate, this would be a great opportunity for them to get some experience on their resume, and what it feels like to work in a production environment.
We are working 40 hour weeks, 2 shifts (both day and night) so I am looking to fill 20+ positions.
Irwin also has a 30 day outage in Goleta, CA starting March 01, 2012 for 30 days. Of course we will be paying shutdown rates, and per-diem for that project.
