Found one for under 1k Sounds like it had the cam faliure and the owner didnt know. How much would it take me to get her back and running? new pistons, head valves ect. 100k on the body.

i would love to get this car running and would love to become a member of the community

Check Craig's list, you can find them running and pretty cheap.

You'll have a hell of a time finding the gaskets and bolts for the engine. They also aren't cheap. It would be cheaper to find a working one.
