I am looking for new rear tires for my 03 convertible cobra. Car makes about 650 whp so shockingly I am looking for traction. The car won't see the track and is only driven on nice days, however living in NJ, weather can change quickly during the day leaving me stranded to driving in some rain. I was considering the NT05Rs, but I see under the speed rating it is rated "R" does that stand for radial or max speed of 106 mph, because my car does see speeds above that on occasion
So I am looking for your recommendation on a tire. Also not sure if it makes a difference or not, but the tires on the front are 275/40 GSD-3s. Thanks in advance.
