Looking for Info on White, silver stripes 2010 w TVS Gen 1-Houston TX

I have a friend that is looking at a 2010 White Shelby GT500 with silver stripes at a dealer in Houston. Car has VMP Gen 1 TVS supercharger (silver supercharger), JLT CAI, Borla exhaust, Hurst shifter, 13\14 grills, upgrade inter cooler, shaker 1000 (no Nav) and 42K miles on it. It's lowered with Ground control adjustable shocks and struts with coil overs.
Car shows to have failed emissions, check engine light is on and trying to get info on the car.
Anyone know of this car? And have information on it?
Dealer is asking $32,800, good price but check engine light is scaring him.

A car just like that was for sale on here a while back. Not sure if it is the same car but, I swear I think it was out of Houston as well. You might could search the for-sale ads and find the old ad.
